Please RSVP by May 10th at the latest. This will allow for seating arrangements to be made for the reception. If you wish to stay the night in the area, please let the bride or groom know if you would like them to book you a place or if you will be making your own arrangements.
Please alert Christy if you decide to bring any child not listed on the invitation. Christy has a very strong maternal instinct towards anyone smaller than her. If there are children she has not met, she might get worried for their wellbeing and not be able to enjoy the day.
This is a joyful day for both bride and groom. They have not met all of each other's families and are looking forward to meeting a few of them at the wedding. Please understand that it might be overwhelming to ask either bride or groom to invite someone they were not expecting to meet.
Christy has an intense dislike towards automatic firearms and personally believes that firearms should not be around anyone under the age of 18. Due to the presence of future niblings all under the age of 18, she asks that you do not bring your conceal/carry into the ceremony or reception. Please also understand that she may ask you to leave the wedding if she sees your firearm.
Both of us are very established in our lives and pretty much have everything we want or need for our life together and haven't felt a need to get any more items. If you want to give us a physical gift instead of adding to the cash gifts, we love loose leaf tea (especially from Club Magic Hour), coffee (JBC is preferred), LEGO's, or food/toys for our pet children. If you are unsure of anything, please reach out to either of us and ask.
We understand that not everyone in this day and age has disposable income. If you only have formal wear that is green/blue/gray and cannot afford to buy something in a diffrent color, do not worry. Feel free to wear whatever colors you are the most comfortable in, just know that you might be mistaken for being in the wedding party :D
As avid boardgame lovers, there will be several boardgame options available. If you are someone who knows you are a hardcore introvert who may not want to interact with others, please let the bride or groom know and they will make sure to ask you what you may want to have instead of boardgames. Out of respect towards Pentecostal beliefs we will not have alcohol at the wedding. Please refrain from bring alcoholic beverages with you.
