Wedding weekend Schedule.
September 13th Friday
Attire: Cocktail
Transportation to the event is provided by the wedding party.
Parking is limited at the venue, and we are limited to 8 car spaces as there is no parking on the street.
It is preferred to use the bus transportation provided by the wedding party.
Pick up will be from Solaris and the Sonnenalp. Schedule will be given later. Guests may want to valet at the hotel where they are getting picked up.
Please arrive at the wedding island (Not the golf club which is 10 minutes away walking) 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. There's a five minute walk from the drop off spot to the island which is behind the Vail Golf Club between the 17th and 18th holes on the golf course, behind the golf club.
Golf carts will be there to pick people up and take them down to the wedding island for those who need assistance.
