can i bring a date?

Answer

we have a strict guest list to meet venue requirements. our wedding is strictly RSVP only. we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

Question

where should guests park? is parking free?

Answer

a parking attendant will be present to direct you to your parking space. parking is provided for free at the adjacent parking lot. as parking spaces are limited, guests will have to park on the side of the road if there are no more spaces. please cross the road with caution.

what happens after the ceremony?

Answer

after the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. (cocktail hour baby!!) guests can mingle among the ceremony deck where we will be serving finger foods and beverages until they're called into the reception area

can i take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

our only request is that you refrain from taking photos until after the ceremony as we plan to have an unplugged ceremony. but yes!! we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels using our wedding hashtag #itsshaotimebaby so we can keep track of all your pictures :)

are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

although the ceremony and reception are not wheelchair accessible due to the steep hill and number of stairs, a golf cart will be on the premises to assist those if needed
