There is no room block (they won’t do it unless we have our event there). This is the hotel that is closest and we will have a **shuttle** to and from. The shuttle will arrive at 4:05 and leave the hotel at 4:20. After the reception, there will be two shuttles, one at 11:00 PM and one around 12:00 AM.
