What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony time begins promptly at 4pm, so we kindly ask that all guests are seated in the ceremony space by 3:45pm. Late arrivals will be asked to join us at Cocktail Hour after the Ceremony ends. Thank you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests wear formal attire for the ceremony and reception. The bridesmaids will be wearing forest green. Ceremony will be hosted outdoors; Reception will be hosted indoors. In the event of inclement weather, we will move both indoors. We recommend bringing a change of comfortable and warm clothes and shoes for the after-party hosted at the Orchard, which will be outdoors with patio heaters and a firepit. The reception space's restrooms will be open to change before heading to the Orchard.

Is there parking available on site?
Answer
Yes! There is parking at the venue. When you drive into the Lodge venue, please go through the overhang of the Reception area to the back where you will find plenty of parking space. There will also be parking available at the Orchard as it is a short drive from the Reception space to the Orchard, but it is all located within the Mountain Springs Lake Resort. For those staying in the cabins with Mountain Springs Lake Resort, we will be providing transportation for you around the resort so that you do not need to worry about driving for that day. You may take this transportation to get from your cabin to the Lodge for the wedding and to go to the Orchard for the after-party and/or return to your cabin at the end of the evening. This transportation will also be available to return you to your cabins at the end of the after-party.

How will the on-site transportation work?
Answer
For guests staying on site, transportation to and from the ceremony will be handled by Baldwin Limousine. They will have a 14-passenger vehicle circling the property: - Prior to the ceremony (1:45 PM to 3:45 PM) - For the after-party to be held in the Orchard (9:00 PM to 1:00 AM) The driver has a list of guests and should pass your cabin/room every 10 to 15 minutes for a ride to the ceremony, the Orchard, or back to your room. Please wait outside your cabin. If you are stuck and need a ride, please call 201-694-3637.

Can we take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
We respectfully ask guests to not take photos during our ceremony as we have dedicated photographers. We sincerely appreciate your excitement, and we would love to see all of your photos during the rest of our celebration!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we would love to see your children, we have chosen to keep the wedding as an adults-only event with the exception of children in the immediate family.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one to the wedding?
Answer
We have indicated on your wedding invitation with your name "and guest" if you have been given a plus-one. This will also show up online when you RSVP where you can enter your plus-one's name. Thank you!

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
We would like to kindly ask for your RSVP on our wedding website by August 1, 2025. We hope to celebrate with you!
