The Griffon is a Charleston staple! It’s a bar downtown where locals and visitors are able to make their mark on the town by signing a dollar bill and placing it wherever they choose! We put a dollar bill up on one of the walls, we wonder if you can find it!
If you are looking for luxury dining, look no further than High Cotton! It is right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Christine would recommend the salmon and Camden would recommend the tuna! They both would love you to try their twice baked Brussels sprouts! Sounds delicious!
If you are looking for a place to see a show, we would recommend the Dock Street Theatre! The Dock Street Theatre is a theater in the historic French Quarter neighborhood of downtown Charleston, South Carolina! Dock Street Theatre was the first building built in America specifically to be used for performing arts, but was burned in Charleston’s Great Fire of 1740. The love for the stage and a passion for the arts ensured the theatre was rebuilt and given plenty of life to keep it thriving! It’s also extremely haunted, if you’re into that sort of thing.
