What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Bright colors and festive patterns are encouraged but not required! Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or mid-length formal dress. Gentlemen, please wear a jacket & tie or suit.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There are several pay-to-park and free parking lots within 3 blocks of Tidewater Inn - the closest are located along Talbot Lane and Harrison Street. For guests staying at Tidewater Inn, there is a free lot behind the building. (You must get a parking permit from the front desk)

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.
