How do I book my trip?

You can book your discounted room yourself by following the below instructions or by emailing our travel advisor, Kayla Brackett, at KaylaBrackett@travelmation.net. She can help arrange all travel details for you! ****VERY IMPORTANT: The code is fully refundable, so if at any point before you check out you see non-refundable STOP and do not finalize that booking. You will not get the discount, it will not count towards the wedding, and there will be no way to fix it for you. If you feel at all hesitant about this booking process, please reach out to Kayla to book your room for you! Rooms are not exclusively held for the wedding guests, so we encourage you to book your rooms ASAP! It is only $1 deposit to book the room! Please refer to the next question on steps to booking your room by yourself!

Steps to booking your room

Steps to book yourself: 1.Visit All Inclusive resorts in Cancun, Mexico for adults only | Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres 2. Enter your desired dates, number of guests, and this promocode: CAWMAY27XCP 3. Please note: there is a 3-night minimum and a 7-day maximum (Travel Period Eligible for discount (can book anytime during this period: May 27 – June 3, 2027). The wedding is on May 30th, 2027. 4. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” and make sure you get the message “promotional code applied” at the top of the next page. 5. Choose the room category you want and proceed to check out. Please note that Excellence Club level rooms will give you access to extra restaurants, pools and private beach areas. 6. *IMPORTANT*: make sure you add the promocode again in the comments section at check out. 7. You will be asked for card information to reserve the room. Please note they will only charge a $1 hold and the balance will be due 30 prior to arrival. Please call your bank before the 30 day mark to let them know a charge from “Excellence” will be coming through. Our travel advisor Kayla will email you a reminder about this! 8. *IMPORTANT!*: Once booked, please forward the confirmation email to kaylabrackett@travelmation.net so she can ensure your room was booked properly and is connected to the block. You could also review the room options, email Kayla the room you want, and she can book everything for you!

Passports
Answer
Don’t forget your passport! Many destinations require six months of validity beyond your travel dates. Passports can take up to three months to process, so please plan ahead. Visit travel.state.gov for details. Please reach out to Kayla for help applying for your passport as she has a guide she can provide.

Is the resort All-Inclusive?
Answer
Yes! Your room fee includes food, drinks (including alcohol), and private SUV transfers to and from the airport. Excursions and souvenirs are additional expenses, so plan accordingly!

When is the last day to book?

The booking deadline is February 28th, 2027. Be sure to secure your travel arrangements by this date!

Are payment plans available?

Will travel be included?
Answer
Private SUV transfers between the airport and the resort are included in your room cost. Our travel advisor Kayla Brackett will arrange these for you and can also assist you with flights if needed.

Can I book my trip without using the code?
Answer
No! All bookings must use the code with the above instructions or reach out to Kayla Brackett directly to ensure you’re part of the group and have access to all wedding discounts, activities and amenities.

Can I bring a guest?

We’re thrilled to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Unfortunately, the guest list is limited to those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We absolutely love your little ones and feel so grateful to have such a special community of families in our lives! This is an adults-only resort, so guests must be 18 or older to stay on property. Our hope is that this gives you a chance to fully relax, enjoy the festivities, and treat yourselves to a well-deserved parents' getaway.

Our Wedding will be "Formal Beach Chic" stylish but breathable, elevated but still relaxed enough for Cancun sunshine!

Should I bring cash?
Answer
The resort is all inclusive, however, if you would like to do any excursions, buy souvenirs, and tip your servers, we suggest bringing cash for those extras!
