FAQs

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Vietnamese weddings typically do not have a wedding registry. During the reception, the bride and groom "chào bàn", which is the customary process of going from table to table to personally thank guests for their well wishes and to collect cards and monetary gifts in envelopes. For convenience, we've also added a "Registry Section" to this website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is recommended! Please note that that the reception will be held at an outdoor venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children, but have limited space (and intend to party!), therefore the reception will mostly be adults only.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate the individual(s) named on the invitation.

Question

The Church Ceremony

Answer

Please refrain from using phones, cameras, etc during the ceremony (even during the bridal party's walk down the aisle).

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on-street parking, parking lots (closest is the Decatur Lot), and parking garages all around the French Quarter. You can even reserve spots in the garages in advance. We do recommend carpooling in groups if possible. Or even better, avoid the entire hassle and share an Uber, Lyft, cab with some other attendees!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2022 (but the sooner, the better!)

For all the days along the way
