Ferry to Peaks Island

To get to Peak’s Island, you will need to take a ferry (15 minutes). The Inn On Peak’s is located steps from the ferry drop off. The ferry leaves about once every hour from: Casco Bay Lines 56 Commercial St Portland, ME Round trip tickets to Peaks Island cost $7.70. Be sure to arrive early enough to find parking before your boat departure time. Rates are $82.65 round-trip (including driver, additional passengers need tickets). All vehicles to Peaks Island are first-come, first-served. Your vehicle must be in line in the car ferry staging lane at least 30 minutes before departure time. Due to the busy holiday weekend, we recommend you arrive for your ferry one hour early. (You can window shop on Commercial Street while waiting) Late arrivals may be bumped to the next available trip.

Flight

Recommended Airports

For flights, we recommend flying into the Portland Jetport (15 minutes from downtown Portland). You can also fly to Boston Logan and rent a car or take the Concord Coach lines direct bus directly from the terminal (2 hours). There is also an Amtrak line (Downeaster line) from Boston North Station to Portland or Concord Coach to Portland from Boston South Station.
