Will there be transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles from the hotel will begin at 5:30 pm and will be available all night to return back to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary onsite parking at Flowerfield Celebrations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are arriving from the hotel, shuttle pick up and drop off times will be available in the lobby. If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel, please arrive at 6:00 pm. There will be music, drinks, and snacks before the ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 pm.

Do I need to get tested for COVID-19 prior to the wedding?

Answer

New York State testing regulations have been lifted. You do not need to show any proof of vaccination or testing upon arrival at our wedding. We just ask that if you are having any COVID-19 symptoms on or before the wedding, you let us know and please stay home for the safety of all of our guests.

Will masks be worn at the wedding?

Answer

According to the CDC, if you are vaccinated, you do not need to wear a mask at the wedding. If you are unvaccinated, they recommend that you wear a mask. No one will be checking for proof of vaccination or testing, so please do whatever you are comfortable with!
