Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you!

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be child-free unless noted on your invitation. We hope you enjoy the night off!

I am coming from out of town - where should I stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown. There are additional recommendations on our Travel & Accommodations tab. As it's Memorial Day Weekend in Nashville, we highly recommend booking early to secure your stay!

How far is the airport from Downtown Nashville?

Answer

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is roughly a 10-20 minute drive to Downtown depending on traffic. We recommend catching an Uber or Lyft to your hotel/accommodations.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown. Many hotels are within walking distance, or you can easily catch a Lyft or Uber.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first few rows of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family members, but all others will have open seating. No need to pick a side!

Our dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Feel free to have fun with color as we head into the summer!

Our ceremony will be held indoors. Our reception will feature an indoor and outdoor space.
