!!Please plan on babysitting for your children *unless your invitation envelope named your entire family. ***Both the bride and the mother or the bride work in the school system please find babysitting like the bride and groom requested. *This is a child free wedding only a few children with roles in our wedding and their siblings have been invited to attend the bride and grooms special day! **This is a great opportunity for adults with kids to have a date day! **This is the bride and grooms one and only special day, they have waited many many years for, so come enjoy an adult oriented night! **This will be a very formal adult event with explicit music and adult beverages for the duration. * Invited children are not to be on the dance floor or in photographer's camera line unless all formalities are completely over. * The bride and groom will have a licensed teacher present to entertain *invited* children during the wedding formalities of the day.
A security guard will be on duty for the entirety of the day, uninvited/unwanted persons will be promptly removed from the premises.
Ask about your plus one. Plus one guest spots are reserved strictly for adults, not children.
We ask our guests to dress in their sunday best! No white. *Please no vibrant colors, see color suggestions on your invitations, you don’t have to choose one of those colors specifically, just a muted or fall color, just nothing too vibrant/nothing shining bright/ nothing white /nothing solid black, please! *NO whites/pale/cream/eggshell/any color resembling the color white. *No solid blacks.
We will have adult beverages available following the ceremony and for the remainder of the day.
30 minutes before ceremony. The parking attendant will direct you to parking.
We will host cocktail hour after the ceremony in the stables., followed by photos with the family, you will be asked if you are needed. Then the reception, speeches and first dances will follow. Then we will all dance the night away!
A shuttle will be made available for the wedding party only, to and from the wedding party hotel. For those driving to the venue a parking attendant will direct you, handicap spots will be available as well.
