There are many things to do in the Sonora, CA area. The downtown area has many quaint shops and delicious restaurants.
A short drive away are the historic towns of Jamestown and Columbia. In Tuolumne City is Black Oak Casino and Jamestown features Chicken Ranch Casino and Bingo Hall.
If you're really feeling adventurous there are many hiking/walking trails, Pinecrest Lake, and Yosemite Valley.
We do advise you to watch your speed on the roadways as the local police often sit at the 108 entrance to Jamestown and along Mono way.
