We both had given up on the idea of love, two people looking for the next fun date. One summer we both matched on a dating app. He asked to hang out and I completely turned him down. Fast forward to a couple of months later and our paths crossed again. We ended up going on our first date, which was filled with pumpkin carving, lots of laughs, and great conversation. That first date was what solidified our initial bond and amazing connection.

The proposal took place on my sister's birthday. I thought we were going to take family pictures before dinner. After walking in heels for a mile and almost turning around, I noticed sunflower petals on the ground. It led up to a frame in a tree where Tim wrote all the things he loves about me. Completely in shock, I walked to a setup with a teepee of pictures and props that describe everything about our relationship. It was an intimate and the most perfect moment. I immediately said "Yes," and we were engaged. Were so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you all!
