Hello, I'm Kate! I met Christina at Centre College through Thomas Nunn, the bridesman, and we instantly clicked! Following college and our respective professional programs-her nursing school and my veterinary school—we were lucky enough to both move to Columbus, Ohio. Now, we get to enjoy weekly pizza nights, girls' nights watching The Bachelor and The Bachelorette (I’ve successfully converted her to a fan!), and exploring everything Columbus has to offer. Since I’ve known Christina, she has continually brought light and positivity to my life. I couldn’t ask for a better friend to share life with, and I’m so grateful we’re in the same city once again.

I first met Thomas in elementary school. We became close during our time in high school and college, where I had the pleasure of being roommates with him for several years. When we weren’t busy with school or setting mouse traps in our apartment, we’d spend together hanging out, playing video games, and eating crappy Chinese food. Even after Thomas and Christina moved to New Haven and then Columbus, we stayed close, often staying up way too late playing our favorite games together online. I’m very happy and excited for Thomas and Christina, and wish them nothing but the best in their future together!

Hey there, I’m Thomas (no, not the one marrying her)! Christina and I go way back—we met during college orientation when we were randomly placed in the same group. From there, we became inseparable. Whether it was grabbing breakfast, late-night studying in that same damn spot at the science center, or just hanging out, we probably spent 12 hours a day together for four years. After college, life took us in different directions—Christina headed to nursing school in Connecticut, and I moved to Indiana for my masters program. We lost touch for a bit as we navigated our new lives, but reconnected in 2022 after the passing of our dear friend Linton. When I moved to Columbus in 2023 with my partner Kate (another bridesmaid!) for her residency at OSU, Christina—already a Columbus pro—helped us find the perfect home, even touring them for us from afar. And she only complained about it once or twice! Now, our weekends are filled with pizza nights, pool parties, and hunting for the best food spots in the city. I’m grateful for our friendship and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter of life with her.

Thomas and I became fast friends in high school, meeting through track and cross-country. It was incredibly easy to see myself becoming friends with him. He was always chatting it up with everyone and making everyone laugh, never afraid to be himself. He was a positive influence on me through school. I would apply myself in classes if nothing else, just to understand his history jokes that often went over my head. His friendship has been a constant in my life, though separated by colleges and multiple states. Now, I still live in Louisville, just a few short hours from Thomas and Christina, with my girlfriend and our two dogs. I work from home and always appreciate when I get a text from Thomas at 4pm asking if I want to cut out of work early to play video games with him.

Hi, I’m Jess! I met Christina back at Centre College when we started studying in the same study groups. Though we were friends in undergrad, our friendship truly started to flourish after graduation. Despite Christina moving to New Haven and me moving to Alabama, we kept the friendship alive and well. Now I live in Cincinnati practicing as a small animal and exotic veterinarian, and Christina is only a short two hours away in Columbus! This means I get to spend plenty of weekends going on adventures together with her, including dragging her out dancing with me (whether she wants to or not)!

After moving across the country, I met Thomas in the 2nd grade, and he became one of my first friends at my new school. Due to our shared love of all things science, history, and Lego, we quickly became good friends. We remained friends through middle and high school, participating in many of the same school clubs and activities. In fact, the only reason I initially did cross-country and quick recall was because Thomas was doing them, and joining seemed like a good way to spend more time with a friend outside of school. I am now a medical student in Lexington, Kentucky where I live with my wife, Maddie, and two dogs.

Hi, everyone - I’m Allysson! Like the rest of the crew, Christina and I became friends at Centre College. We socialized kittens together, studied together, and even took a fateful trip to Nashville to look at nursing school together. We kept up throughout COVID and our respective nursing programs through group video chats. When I was looking for a new nursing job Christina and Thomas were gracious enough to host me and feed me pizza and Lions Cub cookies. Now we live in the same apartment complex and have pool days, pizza nights with Kate and Thomas, and drag Jess down here for any possible occasion. I’m so glad and thankful our friendship has gotten closer in every way possible and can’t wait to celebrate Christina’s and Thomas’s relationship on their wedding day and beyond!

I met Thomas in 6th grade and we became friends pretty immediately. As nerdy middle schoolers do, we both joined the quick recall team where Thomas would eventually lead us to an appearance at the National High School Quiz Bowl Tournament. Ever since that initial connection we have been close friends, and Thomas is always able to make me laugh when I am taking things too seriously. Thomas was the first person to come visit me at graduate school and remains the only person I know with whom I could discuss the tribulations of bad League One football teams, truly a great friend.
