FLR is the closest airport to the villa, just under 60 miles away (~75 minute drive) Car rental is the easiest way to travel to the villa Alternately, trains are available from Florence to Siena (~90 minutes) with taxi services to the villa (~15 minutes)

Traveling via Rome (FCO) Fiumicino Airport
FCO has more accessible flight options It is approximately 160 miles from the villa (~3 hour drive) Car rental is the easiest way to travel to the villa Train services are available from Rome to Florence (~1.5 hours) and Florence to Siena (~1.5 hours) with taxi services to the villa (~15 minutes)

Traveling Within Italy
For those traveling within Italy before/after the wedding, trains are a convenient option The nearest station to the villa is in Siena (Stazione di Siena) Tickets can be purchased online in English via ItaliaRail Car rental is a simple and convenient option from either FLR or FCO Please keep in mind that most major Italian cities (including Siena) have traffic restricted zones (ZTLs) that are strictly enforced; please keep this in mind when planning driving routes (the Waze app is a good resource) It is best to plan parking outside of ZTLs in advance On-site parking is available at the villa. There are countless historic, diverse, and breathtaking travel destinations throughout Italy.
