Where is the venue located?

Answer

The Mansion is located on the grounds of the Timber Point Golf Course in Great River, NY. For guests traveling by public transportation, direct LIRR trains run approximately twice an hour from Penn Station to the Central Islip station. Alternatively, you may take the train to Ronkonkoma station, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. From either Central Islip or Ronkonkoma, the wedding venue is about a 15–20 minute drive away.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 6:00 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. For Women: a short or long cocktail dress or chic separates. For Men: a suit and tie or jacket with slacks.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair.

Ample parking is available outside of the Mansion.

Will there be shuttle service to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott to the venue prior to the ceremony. Shuttle buses will run back to the Courtyard Marriott after the reception and after the after-party.
