We're Getting Married!

Christina and Nate first crossed paths at a local festival in the fall of 2023. Christina, a local private music instructor, introduced herself to the new assistant band and choir director—who she thought was kinda cute. Nate, on the other hand, was convinced there was no way she was single… and promptly forgot her name. Not wanting to seem clueless, he discreetly asked around later to find out who she was. Fate had other plans. In May of 2024, Nate stepped into the role of orchestra director for the very orchestra Christina had been a part of for years. With more chances to talk music and life, conversations turned into meetups, and meetups turned into something more. Their first date was at an Italian restaurant, followed by their first Valentine’s Day together at Christina’s favorite spot—Madison’s in Jefferson City. That same table and chairs later became the setting for one unforgettable proposal. Now, Christina and Nate are so excited to begin their next chapter—hand in hand, and always in harmony.
