It started the way all great love stories do: with a workout… and a bar across the street. Mindy was coaching noon classes at F45 Training Delray Beach, yelling encouragement, counting reps, and pretending burpees are fun. Across the street, Christina was running Tin Roof, one of the best bars in Delray Beach. Holding it down as the queen of live music and good times. Christina stayed consistent — showing up to the noon classes at F45, fully in her locked-in era, focused on her health, her mindset, and her goals. Mindy stayed focused too — coaching, leading, and completely unaware that she was training the woman who she would eventually call her wife. When Christina found out Mindy needed a place to host an F45 challenge party, she offered Tin Roof — a great venue, yes… but also a strategic excuse to start talking to her. Mindy thought it was all business. Christina knew it was a calculated risk. Then came the party. It was one of the best F45 events to date — great turnout, great energy, and a whole lot of fun. As the night wound down, the music faded, the crowd cleared out, and somehow… it was just Christina and Mindy left at the bar, everything picked up and put away. They shared a couple of drinks. Christina decided it was time to shoot her shot — deploying every flirting tactic she had. And to her surprise after multiple shut downs -- it was Mindy who invited Christina back home for the night. From that night on, one bold move, a couple drinks, and the right timing changed everything.
