Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated. Your RSVP will include how many guests are included in the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. If your child is invited they will be included in the head count on your RSVP. If we are unable to invite your child, we hope that you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us! We kindly ask parents to be mindful of their children's noise levels during the ceremony. Should your children get cranky or tired, please take them away from the ceremony.

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking on the property.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, and our reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in June in Ontario, Oregon is warm. It is expected to be in the mid 80's

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We do ask that all phones be put away and on silent during our ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture our special day and we would hate to have to cell phones in the pictures. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you happen to be late, a coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guest in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over as we do not want any interruptions from our special moment. If that happens you will still be able to enjoy the reception with us so, hang around!

How does seating work?

Our ceremony and reception will be open seating. Please feel free to sit in any unreserved seat. Please keep in mind that we will only have enough space for invited RSVP guest.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Of course! We will be teaching line dancing during cocktail hour, so everyone has the opportunity to get on the dance floor and celebrate with us!

What time will the reception end?

The reception will end at 10pm.
