Travel Note
CABINS: range in price depending on how many adults are in a room (the more you have in a cabin, the less expensive it is per person). Cabins contain one queen bed and multiple bunk beds. HOTEL-STYLE: rooms range in price and can accommodate 1-3 people. These rooms are limited and contain king or queen beds. King beds can be separated to two twin beds. A cot can also be added to some of the rooms for a child. *All Food is INCLUDED if you’re staying the whole weekend; which is Breakfast each morning and a boxed lunch on Saturday. We (Christina & Luke) will reserve the room through Jimbo's for you. Just indicate on the RSVP card as to how many nights you would like to stay and number of people staying each night. Payment will be due when you arrive. Also when you arrive, you drive up to the main circle (there are directional signs) and check-in at the Library. The staff will direct you to your accommodations and advise you where to park. Please note that this is a rustic location. Most of the grounds are grass, sand or gravel. Don't wear fancy shoes that you don't want to get a little dirty, but feel free to wear them for the wedding reception ;) Here is a list of things you might want to bring with you to make your day/weekend more enjoyable: * Hair dryer ! If you need one. * Folding Chairs (there are beds in the cabins, but no chairs). * Cooler – there are no ice machines and only a few, shared mini-fridges in common areas, so if you are bringing any drinks or snacks that need refrigeration, it is recommended that you bring a personal cooler. (There is a Stewart's right off of exit 25 for ice or to gas up). *Blanket or warm fleece/sweatshirt for the campfires (it's the Adirondacks and can definitely get chilly) *There are no cribs available on site, please bring a pack n’ play or like, if needed.
