When should I Rsvp by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP by February 1, 2027.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the resort at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to locate the trolleys or be dropped off directly at the ceremony location (Banyan Cove).

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask that you dress in formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Unless your formal invitation indicates otherwise, we unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but unfortunately we won’t be including children in the wedding day festivities. This will be an adult only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at both the ceremony and reception location or there is complimentary valet offered at the main resort for those driving.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We’ll have a trolley running from the resort lobby to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. After the reception, the trolley will return guests to the main hotel, with an additional trolley heading to downtown Sarasota for those staying off‑site.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.
