We are getting married at 11 at the Tough Mudder in Haymarket, VA. We are having the reception at 6:30 at Saudé Creek, Lanexa, VA.

Where is the Wedding?

What do I wear?
Answer
If you're coming to the wedding, and running, wear something fun and wedding festive and be prepared to throw it away... or not really ever wear it again! If you are just watching, wear comfy shoes that may get muddy. We WILL be taking before and after photos of everyone there (Running or Watching). For the reception - Casual Dress is great! It's an indoor/outdoor area and will most likely be warm. It's up on a hill and the wind may pick up some.

Tough Mudder - Running or Watching?
Answer
To Run the Tough Mudder, you will pay $85 to Kurtis and Chrissy - this gives you a food voucher, beverage voucher, a bag drop and a ticket to the 3 mile mudder. To Watch, you will need a spectator pass which will be $20. This will not include food or beverages. We need to know if you are doing either so we can correctly pay for the headcount and ensure you're running/watching with Us!

I ran the mudder, I'm dirty - and then a reception?
Answer
We have roughly 5 hours after we run the Mudder to get cleaned up and ready. Hotels have been listed out. Please contact Kurtis or Chrissy as soon as possible if you need help with a place to get cleaned up - we have friends and family in Richmond and are happy to work out something with a Hotel for you and yours.

Kids?
Answer
Kids are welcome. Any age! Please note - The Tough Mudder is Outside and there are limited options for sitting and chilling. You WILL need to bring a chair if you want to sit and watch. The reception is at a winery. There are outdoor spaces, a wrap around deck and a small upper area. We will be bringing games but you can definitely bring others!

Reception - what is happening?
Answer
The reception starts at 6:30. There will be food, wine and cake! We have no solid plan of action. Kurtis and Chrissy will arrive around 6:30 and take a few photos. We would like everyone to gather on the bottom grassy area and have one large group photo. After that - let's eat, drink and Be Married. :)
