While Chicagoland has a few different airports, O'Hare is the closest to both the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony/reception. Much easier rental car facility than Midway. No car rental needed though, you can take a reasonably priced Uber/Lyft or the Blue line to the Red line.

While Chicago Midway is farther away from everything, it is conveniently located on the CTA Orange Line, so this is a great budget option for anyone coming into Chicago. No car rental needed. Just take the Orange line to the Red Line.
