COVID-19- Safety Information
Here are some safety protocols we will have in place:
1. We will be providing masks at the ceremony for you to have for the entire night and personal hand sanitizers to all guests at their place setting at their tables.
2. We hired cleaners to be there for the entire wedding and they will be sanitizing all surfaces every 15 minutes and will be documented at what time each area was cleaned.
3. We have a 40' x 60' Tent (normally fits 180 people for seated dinner) this will provide enough room to provide social distancing for all our guests. Also we will have the sides of the tent rolled up to allow more airflow through, keep it as open as possible.
4. We have 72” tables (normally seat 10-12 people per table) and we are only putting three couples or one family bubble at each table, that will allow 6 feet between them.
5. The entire wedding is held outdoors allowing for lots of social distancing room for the safest party ever! In a rain event, it will be held in the tent.
Travel Note
Before Arrival
You will be sent a consent form to complete no more than 24 hours before attending the wedding. In order to attend our wedding you MUST complete this form with the most accurate information. If you have not come into contact with anyone with symptoms of COVID you may attend the wedding.
