Things To Do

Union Station Kansas City

30 West Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO 64108

the union station will probably have their Christmas lights up! It is absolutely stunning and it still an active station for trains! They normally will hold events in there, like exhibits that come to town, or there will be the chiefs light up sign in there!

River Market

Kansas City, MO

Christina loves going to the market- they have the best local seasoning, jams, veggies, and local artist that are there. You also do not want to miss out on the flowers. These are Christina's Absolute favorite! They are always so beautiful!

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

4525 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64111

This place is really cool and has giant shuttlecocks out front. This is actually one of the first places Christina toured when moving to KC.

Boulevard Brewing Company

2501 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108

This place is so cool just to hangout and have a couple of beers! They have games and things to kill time!

Kansas City Public Library: Plaza Branch

4801 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64112

This was an old bank! They still have the original pillars and the marble inside! Probably one of the coolest libraries I have been too! The outside is all books! (You will have to go to see what I am talking about)

Jacob L. Loose Park

5200 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64112

KC is actually called the city of Fountains! This is a cute place if the weather is nice to see! It is absolutely beautiful! There are walking paths a flowers everywhere!

Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium

6800 Zoo Drive, Kansas City, MO 64132

The zoo is always a good spot to go! Mckinley LOVES the zoo!
