Griffin and Tina met in 2014 during their second year at the University of Virginia. They were “just friends” in college but Tina did take Griffin to her sorority parents’ formal in 2015, but again just as a friend… Fast forward to 2022 Griffin comes to visit NYC, where Tina is living, and they spend the weekend together with friends and reconnect. Tina asks Griffin to grab coffee before he heads back to DC and they agree to give dating a shot. Griffin comes back up to NYC 4 days later to take Tina on a real date and the rest is history. In July of 2023 Griffin moves to NYC and they move in together at the end of the year. In February of 2024 they adopt their dog Moose and officially become a family of three. In May of 2025, Griffin hijacks his own birthday (classic) to propose to Tina on a rooftop in Brooklyn and with Moose’s approval she says yes! We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives and are so grateful we are able to celebrate with all our friends and family.
