Our reserved hotel block is now fully booked. For those still looking for accommodations, we have two recommendations outside of our room block at nearby hotels. The Quality Inn in Vernon, is located close to the venue. For those looking to stay at Crystal Springs, reservations can be made at Grand Cascades Lodge.
Please note: Transportation will not be provided from either of these locations to the venue.
Additionally, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are limited in the area and should not be relied upon for returning to your hotel. We recommend arranging alternate transportation in advance.

Shuttles will be provided from The Minerals Hotel to Ballyowen Golf Club. Two shuttles will arrive at Minerals Hotel to bring guests to Ballyowen at 4:30 pm and then complete a second loop around 5:05 pm. Shuttles will also be provided back to Minerals Hotel after the reception.
