C: Our first date was a group bike ride at Dana Peak. Erick showed up with his bikepacking bike on a mountain bike ride and I thought, " this is going to be interesting". We went on a second date with our dogs at Dana Peak. I remember thinking he is really easy to talk to and he likes my dogs! He felt like a safe haven and someone that really cared. By the third date, I knew something was different about him. Two things that captured me were his kindness and how intentional he is towards me. He bought me three things, hid them, wrote 3 sweet notes about things we talked about that I liked. Then, our dates got more interesting and fun. One of my favorite dates was going mountain biking and playing laser tag at night in the woods. I am excited to laugh more, go on many adventures, play more laser tag, go bikepacking, raise our doggie kiddos, and see God’s beauty together. I love you Erick and thank you for always loving me right where I am and for who I am. E: It's true our first date was a mountain bike ride, I met her at one of her local rides. When I got there it was a group ride and there were a lot of her friends there. I'm a bikepacker and not a mountain biker, so when we rolled out we started talking then on the left turn I was like crap, "I suck at singletrack". She just took off like it was totally normal and was having a great time. I thought for sure she'd not wanna talk afterwards at all. Although she and I went out to dinner and talked for a few more hours. When I got home I knew there was something very different about Christina. Over the next few weeks we talked, texted, and hung out on the weekends. We've grown a lot together over the last year and a half, have gone on trips together, helped raise our little doggies and see them grow closer together. I'm truly looking forward to more adventures together and building a life together. I love you Christina!
