Don and I started talking through a dating website. Come to find out, we grew up a few miles from each other. We went to the same elementary, middle and high school. His mom was one of my teachers in high school. We went on the same family vacations to Daytona beach. All along, my partner for life was right near me. Everything is all about the timing and it makes complete sense as to why we met when we did! Soulmate is such a cliche’ but in this case, I finally understand this term in depth! When we started texting to get to know each other, it was strange the connection we felt then. We connected before we even met as we messaged back and forth. We had so much in common… similar view points with life, similar interests and the same kind of goofy humor! When we met in person at a local Brewery, it was like we had known each other our entire life. It just felt like this was my person; The one I was meant to be with this entire time.
