We’re getting married!

In May 2015, Christina went to watch a playoff basketball game at Pint House Pizza. Derek was just looking to get some pizza. He asked Christina if he could sit next to her at the bar and she said yes. As Christina is a sports yeller, she warned Derek that if he was easily offended he should probably move seats, he was up for the challenge and stayed. Christina and Derek talked for about an hour or so and when Derek was finished he said his goodbyes. As he was getting up to leave he asked Christina for her number and she gave it to him. He sent her the most sincere message, and they had their first date within a week.
