The Wedding of...

October 9th, 2022, the chance encounter of Christina and Daniel. Suburban swing (East-coast swing dancing) is held every week at the Matsqui Community hall. On this weekend Christina traveled down from Fort St. John to visit her family for Canadian Thanksgiving. When the opportunity presented, she decided to go dancing by herself. Meanwhile the border had finally opened up for people to cross the Canadian border since Covid. Daniel, having a dance bug decided to dress up and join a group of friends who were also going dancing in Canada. To say it was love at first sight, it was love at first dance. With only one dance between the two, Christina was smitten. It wasn’t long before she found Daniel’s instagram and Daniel decided to send her a message first! Since that moment, the two have not gone a day without talking since… and thus began the beginning of their story.
