We had a connection in high school, where we briefly dated and continued to be friends. As most do, we went our separate ways after school but rekindled over Facebook in 2022 and it was chemistry again. Soon after he stepped up into the role of Dad for the kids, and the rest fell into place. Following the wedding, we plan to unite us even further and begin the adoption process for Chase to legally adopt the kids.
