We met in the most fashionable way possible in Silicon Valley, online dating app (Hinge). Calvin's pickup line was "Do you want to skip all the boring stuff and go straight to skydiving on the 1st date?", since Christina's dating profile had skydiving as her bucket list. As wild and weird that people think we are as a couple, we copped out and had dinner at Santana Row as our first date. Til this day, we have yet to go skydiving (great wedding gift idea for y'all lol). Ever since then, we had started quite an adventure: we had a once in a lifetime quarantine experience together, watched F1 cars zip through Las Vegas, sit in the back of scooters around Vietnam streets in the pouring rain, explore night markets in Taiwan, drive up and down California's coastline in Calvin's M2, night swim in the Hawaiian ocean but saw no stingrays we paid for... And of course, carry Calvin's drunk body to bed after every birthday and wedding he's been to. It's these big and small moments that we grew our love together, and have become the best friends and partners that we are today. That first date on 8/16/2019 turned out to be the most important date of our lives, because on the same night Calvin asked Christina to be his girlfriend. Maybe we are a little wild and weird after all. Fast forward to 8/16/2025, this is the date we want you all to save on your calendar. We would love to have you join us on our special day to celebrate our 6th anniversary, but most importantly, celebrate our wedding!
