PLEASE NOTE: The PGA Championships have been moved to our wedding weekend, so hotel availability across Long Island is very limited. We highly recommend you book your housing as early as possible. The wedding blocks are almost sold out, but you can also contact the other Ronkonkoma/MacArthur Airport area hotels including the Clarion Hotel, the Hyatt Regency, La Quinta Inn, and Homewood Suites. You may also opt to rent homes or apartments through AirBNB or VRBO. Please be aware the shuttle we are providing will only do pick-ups and drop-offs at the Courtyard Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn.

We will provide shuttles between the hotels and the wedding venue. SHUTTLE DEPARTURE TO THE CEREMONY: 10:15 AM from the Courtyard Marriott 10:30 AM from the Hilton Garden Inn SHUTTLE DEPARTURE AFTER THE RECEPTION 5:00 PM from Land's End to return to both hotels. SHUTTLE BETWEEN HOTELS The shuttle will make round trips between the Marriott and Hilton every half hour from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Flight

Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP)

We highly recommend you fly into Long Island MacArthur Airport in Islip as the venue is far out east on Long Island. Both hotels offer complimentary shuttles between the airport and hotel. The only airlines that operate out of this airport are American, Southwest, and Frontier. If those airlines are not an option for you, you can fly into one of the New York City area airports and take the train, rent a car, or hire a shuttle or car service to Ronkonkoma.

LIRR

For those traveling from the NYC area, take the Long Island Railroad to Ronkonkoma. The Marriott provides complimentary shuttles to and from the Ronkonkoma LIRR Station. If you plan to take a taxi directly to the ceremony, please be advised the station is a 20 minute drive from the venue.
