We're getting married!

We first met in college, at lunch with mutual friends and didn’t think much of it. We had a pretty large friend group and hung out often. Us two grew closer over the years. We became best friends and bonded over our many shared interests including sweets, travel, and deep conversations. As we got closer, we helped each other through failed relationships and matters of the heart. Along the way, we realized we wanted similar things and thought maybe there could be something here. Once we both finally committed to giving "us" a shot, there was no going back. Everything just clicked.

We chose LA as our monthly travel destination spot last August. We had dinner plans in Malibu, and we were both super excited since neither of us had been there before. Andrew had everything mapped out. Pre-dinner drinks, walk on the beach, eat dinner then meet with friends. That was the plan he told me. Little did I know, he had asked our friends to set up a spot on the beach with flowers, champagne, and a photographer all on stand by waiting for us. We made our way down the beach to that very spot, and a very nervous Andrew got down on one knee. I immediately said "YES," and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in July!
