Will the Wedding be LiveStreamed?

Answer

Yes! The livestream will be available on September 1, 2025 at 11:30am (PDT) For those family and friends who would like to watch our wedding live, we will be streaming the wedding through Grace Bible of Tampa: https://www.youtube.com/@gbctampa/streams

What to Anticipate on Arrival?

Answer

The venue is tucked away in a residential area near the heart of Placerville. We recommend driving slowly as you get closer to the Mansion so you don't miss it! There is limited parking in the venue's official parking lot, reserved for immediate family, elderly, those with disabilities, and mothers with children and strollers. There is available parking in the street across from the Mansion, with a short walk to the venue.

Is the wedding Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. It is optional for guests to go outside during cocktail hour or during the event.

What will the weather be like?

The weather in Placerville is projected to be in the mid 80's

Will There be Food?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers followed by a buffet lunch! If you have allergies, please let us know through your RSVP questionnaire!

What does "Garden Attire" Mean?

Answer

Garden party attire means elegant, comfortable clothing suited for an outdoor setting, using light, breathable fabrics and bright, floral, or pastel colors. It's more formal than casual wear but more relaxed than cocktail attire, for a daytime event. Another way to describe it might be: "Dapper" or "Your Sunday Best" No need to overthink the wardrobe! You're more important to us than what you wear!

What if I Lyft or Uber to/from the venue?

Answer

It is STRONGLY recommended that if you will need an Uber or Lyft from the venue after the wedding that you schedule it in advanced, as they will likely be coming from the Sacramento area, which is about 40 minutes or more away!
