Yes there is limited parking on the side of the venue, but a larger lot is located behind the Basilica.
TBD can be either, depending on weather. If outside, it will be across the street from the Basilica at Hudson River Front Park (108 Water Street, Hudson, NY). If inside, will be inside Basilica in the chapel quadrant.
