Question

Wait, we are staying the night?

Answer

Yes, please! We’d love for you to join us for the whole weekend. Your stay on Saturday night is complimentary. If you’d like to extend your stay and arrive on Friday, you can book an extra night at a discounted rate through the ranch. No need to call them, let us know in your RSVP and we will have a spot for you. We’ll be at Wildcatter Ranch from Friday afternoon to Sunday mid-morning. When it comes to accommodations, we'll assign either a hotel room or cabin based on group size and family arrangements. While you won’t be able to choose, we’ll make sure everyone is comfortable and situated appropriately. Both room types offer standard hotel amenities and with the discounted rate will be about $250 per room. Not planning to stay the night? That’s okay, too, let us know through your RSVP. For more details on the accommodations, visit wildcatterranch.com/stay. If you have any specific needs, please let us know!

Question

What's the food situation?

Answer

Wildcatter Ranch has a steakhouse on-site that serves breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for $12 per adult. We will also have a catered dinner during the reception on Saturday night. If you're staying with us on Friday, dinner will be provided that evening as well. For any meals or snacks in between, feel free to bring your own or visit the nearby town of Graham, which offers basic dining options.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

For the reception, casual wedding attire is perfect. Whether it's jeans, slacks, dresses—wear what makes you feel great! For the rest of the weekend, pack comfortable clothes, especially if you're planning to enjoy any of the activities on-site.

Question

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Answer

Absolutely! Just note that any cans must be kept in a koozie or poured into a cup. The ranch is in a dry county and you cannot be carrying alcohol around, so please bring a cup and be discrete. Each room has a mini fridge, but the property will be on the lookout for coolers, so please do not be obvious about it.

Question

What kind of activities are available?

Answer

During your free time, you can enjoy activities like Jeep tours, horseback riding, archery, tomahawk throwing, clay shooting, hiking, or visiting the rifle range. You can book these directly through the ranch if you're interested. There’s also a daily Longhorn feeding for guests who want to get up close with the cattle!
