An east coast gal & a native Californian met for dinner in Palo Alto, California one Friday evening on the precipice of a global pandemic. Christie was feeling under the weather and on the verge of canceling, but James had gone out of his way to buy tickets to a stand-up comedy show and very few people commit that much to a first date these days, right? We think you can figure out how the rest of the story goes…but to fill in some of the gaps there were many days spent together in quarantine (and surprisingly very few arguments), navigating new jobs and ways of working, outdoor adventures to fight off the cabin fever, and a big leap of faith to leave San Francisco and move to San Diego. As the saying goes, the rest is history! We’re so excited to tie the knot and even more excited to bring our closest friends and family together to celebrate this special day. We hope you can make it!
