Scenic Springs is located in the Grey Forest area of Helotes which enforces a very strict low speed limit and frequently has police officers watching the road. Please take this into account when arriving at and leaving the venue. Please also consider taking an Uber or having a designated driver if you plan on drinking at the cocktail hour and reception. We don't want anyone's fun to be spoiled!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one or your children are invited they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, but the reception will take place indoors.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so please arrive no later than 5:45 PM to ensure you don't miss anything!
There is not a strict dress code....unless you are a groomsman (I will be forcing them to wear tuxedos :) !) We encourage guests to dress up but wear what makes them comfortable. Of course "Texas formal" is allowed for the men i.e. boots, a nice pair of jeans, and a button up.
Yes, the venue allows cars to be parked overnight in case you are unable to safely drive away at the end of the night but please make sure to have it picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning.
