We've gone to different concerts here! The guitar hotel is beautiful, one of a kind, and has a light show!
Jungle Queen Riverboat
We went here on our fifth date. Needless to say, we had a blast! Perfect for those who want to squeeze a lot of sightseeing into a limited amount of time. A fully narrated cruise along the New River through Fort Lauderdale will let you soak up such sights as the lavish homes and mega yachts along Millionaire's Row. There's also the option to include a BBQ dinner with a Polynesian Fire Dancing show.
Las Olas Beach
The beach offers clear water, soft sand, and a lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
Aventura Mall
Chic 3-story mall features luxe designer shops, dining, and a theater.
The Shops at Pembroke Gardens
Erik and Christie spent many date nights in this mall early on when dating as this was the midpoint between Miami and Broward. Some favorite restaurants were Village Tavern, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, and Havana 1957 Cuban Cuisine.
The Tank Brewing Co.
If you want to venture out more south (closer to Miami) and try a local brewery, this is one of our favorites! They also have a food menu and live music on Friday nights!
Coopertown The Original Airboat Tour
The everglades are closer to Miami (more south), but if you are looking for a fun and different activity to do during the day, this is a great experience.
