I first met Eli the day he was born and have enjoyed watching him grow into the successful and happy young man he is today. It doesn’t seem that long ago that we were singing good night songs together with his little stuffed cow, Strawberry Fields. In the blink of an eye, time has flown by. When Eli introduced me to Christie, I could see that they were a great fit. Christie’s matter of fact approach to every topic or issue is refreshing. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone before that can present an opposing viewpoint with such calm clarity. I’m so happy to be a part of their special day and to see them begin their journey as man & wife.

I met Christie 6 years ago, when I started working at PEO, but it feels like I have known her forever. We became friends working together, and our friendship really grew when we got to carpool together on our long commute. Even though she doesn't agree she has one, her "strong personality," was exactly what I needed in a friend to get me out of my introvert shell. I am so thankful for everything she has taught me, and I am so happy that she has found someone that makes her so happy. I can't wait to get to know Eli better, and see everything they can accomplish together.

How I met the bride: Many moons ago (10 years to be exact) I met Christie when I transferred to the PEO bakery. Christie is so intelligent and such a hard worker and has a personality I am drawn to. I have seen her blossom in her personal life as well as her professional life. I adore her and I am proud to call her my coworker but most importantly my friend. How I met the groom: Eli transferred to the Walt Disney World Global Catering Bakery not long after the pandemic. His positivity is infectious and I found myself gravitating towards him at work. Much like Christie, he can just give me one look and we have a whole conversation without any words. We later went to chili's where I got to hear about their blossoming relationship.

Christie was my first friend when I moved to florida over 6 years ago, and she's still one of my very best friends now! I've never meet anyone as passionate, hardworking, and kind. I'm so grateful to have her in my life, and I can't wait to see the life her and Eli Build Together! Eli was quiet when he first arrived in our location, but he quickly became a very dear friend. I'm so happy to see how much he's grown and blossomed since then. He's so kind and funny, I can always count on him to make me laugh. We will always have a special bond, even if he wasn't marrying my best friend!

I saw Eli on one of my first days at PEO. I was working the earlier shift and the later shift was coming in to work and as I walked by I saw this dude with tattoos and a serious face staring at me, I kept thinking to myself “The hell is this dude looking at?”…turns out he was just wondering who I was and just kept to himself. As I got to know Eli I realized that he’s one of the sweetest dudes I ever met. We go from making jokes at work when things get boring to even blowing kisses at each other to make each other laugh. Eli is one of my favorite people in the kitchen and someone I now consider a very dear friend and I am beyond grateful that he asked me to be a part of his and Christie’s special day. I met Christie on my first day working at PEO. Throughout the later half of my first day I asked Christie a few questions, everything from baking techniques to what to expect in this kitchen and since then I expected her to be a good coworker and leader I could follow. What I didn’t expect was the wonderful friend I was about to make. The first non work related question she asked me was Who my favorite Jonas brother was, to which I answered “Joe, duh” to which she gave me the biggest high five for. Whenever I need a laugh I know she’ll throw something my way, and whenever I need a genuine ear to listen to me and give true and honest advice, I know I can count on her for it. I love you both so very much

I met Eli 2 years ago on our orientation day to PEO Bakery and I met Christie 2 days later. We became family from the moment we met. Life with Eli & Christie has been a blessing every day.
