What is the dress code?

Answer

FRIDAY WELCOME RECEPTION: resort casual such as khakis and a short sleeve button down for guys and a summer evening dress for girls (no shorts please) WEDDING DAY: vacation cocktail attire such as slacks and a blazer or a suit for guys (tie not required). A cocktail dress for girls. (no flip flops or shorts please) THE MORNING AFTER: anything goes except your birthday suit!

Where is the actual wedding?

Answer

The wedding is at a beautiful outdoor event space called ACRE, a lush sanctuary set on 25 acres of abundant greenery. Award winning cuisine and handcrafted cocktails are all farm to table using only the ingredients on the farm. They also make their own Mezcal on premises! Lastly, you will get to meet some of the local farm animals starring Burrito, the resident rescue donkey alongside rescue puppies up for adoption! Can you tell how excited we are?! How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Answer

Please be sure to book your private OR group transportation via the link and instructions on the Travel page. We have contracted a shuttle service in Cabo for all of our guests so you don't have to worry about anything once you step off the plane and into Sunny Baja!

How will I get to your actual wedding?

Answer

We have private shuttle transportation set up at the following times for your convenience: Vans will depart Paradisus at 3:30pm for the Groomsmen Party Vans will depart Paradisus at 3:45pm for the Bridal Party Vans will depart Paradisus at 4:30pm for everyone else! Vans will start again at 11:000 pm to bring all guests home from the reception. After-party anyone?!

What about transportation for Friday's Welcome Reception + Sunday's Farewell Breakfast?

Answer

There is no need to travel anywhere as these events will be on the Resort Property!

How can we extend our stay if we want to stay longer than the wedding weekend?

Answer

You are welcome and encouraged to maximize and extend your stay at Paradisus. Please be sure to book your stay using the reservation instructions on the travel page. The room rate is locked in for 3 days prior to Friday and 3 days after Sunday which means you can choose to vacation at the hotel from Oct 22 - Oct 30 with the same discounted rates should you decide to stay longer than the required 3 night minimum of Friday-Sunday.

What's the weather going to be like?

We're anticipating mid 80s with mild humidity! Please keep in the mind Baja weather is quite different from the East Coast. Weather is one a of a kind as there is little to no humidity! Note: The wedding ceremony & reception is not on the beach.

There is a golf course located on the resort overlooking the beach that is available for all guests to use if you're interested! Please refer to the Things to Do page if you're like us and want to explore! We have listed a few popular and unique excursions, some that we have even done ourselves! Baja Mexico has so many things to offer whether you're a thrill seeker, a tequila taster, a sightseer, or you just want to sit back and relax!

How should we send wedding gifts to the Bride & Groom?
