The Residence Inn ($199.00/night) offers rooms with king sized bed and a queen pull out. A complimentary breakfast buffet is served in the morning. If asked, PFWS is the code for booking.

Courtyard by Marriott Glenwood Springs

The Courtyard ($179-$189/night) offers rooms with 2 queens or a single kings. Breakfast is not included at this hotel, but there is a bistro where you can purchase breakfast, or you can check out one of the restaurants on the 'Things to do" tab. If asked, PFWS is the code for booking.

Denver International Airport

Denver is typically the cheapest place to fly into- based on flight alone. However, it is an almost 3 hour drive through the mountains to get to Glenwood. The drive is beautiful, but can be a little unpredictable traffic wise.

Aspen Airport

Aspen is the most conveniently located, only 40 minutes from Glenwood. It is a very small airport so typically there are fewer flight options and they are more expensive, but sometimes you can find a good deal and you don't have to drive as far.

Grand Junction

Grand Junction is about an hour and a half away from Glenwood. You can sometimes find some good deals flying into Junction.

Eagle Airport

Just to offer all the options, you can also fly into the Eagle/ Vail airport. It is about an hour drive. We have never actually flown into this airport - so I can't say what the flight times / cost look like.

Alternate locations

We have reserved a hotel block in Glenwood Springs that we would love you to use. If you decide to use alternative lodging such as an Air b&b, Vrbo or even book a camp site I've listed some towns close by that you can look into. Carbondale is about 15 minutes from the venue. Basalt is about 35 minutes from the venue. New Castle is about 40 minutes from the venue.
