How do I get into The Hideaway?
Answer
Due to road work on Jefferson St, the main entrance to The Hideaway is closed. Please use the gate located on Avenue 52. Traveling South on Jefferson At the big roundabout at Avenue 52, turn left (east). Travel 0.4 miles and turn right on Hideaway Club Drive It’s not really marked and somewhat hard to see. It will be easy to drive past it. Once through the gate (your name will be on file) Drive another 0.25 miles and turn left Valet parking will be available or you can self-park in the lot Traveling North on Jefferson (from PGA West) At the big roundabout at Avenue 52, turn right (east). Will there be a shuttle to The Hideaway?

If you're staying at the Hyatt, we've arranged a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the venue. It will leave from the Hyatt at 3:30 p.m. on Sat. Oct. 29.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
La Quinta during this time of year should be very nice. It will likely be about 75-85 degrees. It can get cool once the sun goes down, so you may want a light jacket or sweater for the reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Yes! We will be taking advantage of the lovely location, so the ceremony and reception will be outside.

Where should I park?

There will be parking at The Hideaway. We will be providing a shuttle from the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. If you're staying at an Airbnb, we recommend contacting Fabian Duenaz at fdservices760@gmail.com to schedule a ride or using a rideshare service to get to the venue.

Where should I play golf?
Answer
A number of courses will be undergoing maintenance at this time of year, but we've found several courses that will be open. You can play at Desert Willow (two courses), Cimarron - Boulder, Westin - Rancho Mirage - Pete Dye, Desert Dunes, Indian Wells - Players Course and Desert Springs Marriott - The Valley Course.
