What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive to the venue starting at 3:30 p.m. with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Dressy colorful cocktail attire is recommended

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Those who do not respond by this date will be presumed as not attending.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is by RSVP only - we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/online RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids! However, this is an adults-only wedding with the exception the children who are in the wedding party.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes - Stoney Oak Ridge has a very large parking lot on site. You can also pull right up to the front entrance to drop people off. Campers/RV's are permitted on site.

Is there overnight accomodations

Answer

Indoor overnight accommodations are not available on-site. However, there are a variety of Airbnb's and hotels within a 5-30 minute radius of the venue - see travel page for recommendations. Please note that tent camping and RV's are permitted on-site. If you plan to camp over night on the night of the wedding, please email us at - hastreiterwedding2024@outlook.com

Unfortunately, due to venue and vendor restrictions we cannot host anyone who did not RSVP by the July 31st deadline.
