Caleb and Hannah's Story

It all started when Hannah's parents decided to stop homeschooling their children and send them to Springville in 4th grade. That is when Caleb and Hannah met for the first time. However, even at that age, Hannah already had a crush on Caleb. She thought the cute, shy boy was funny with the few jokes he made at school. As they continued to grow up, through middle school and into high school, they would become better friends. Getting closer at times and then drifting apart again. That was until junior year when they shared a duet together in marching band, Hannah on the clarinet, Caleb on the saxophone. It was then that they would begin to get closer again, spending more time together, going to football games that neither of them cared too much for and discussing homework in classes more than before. Caleb would eventually ask her out on October 21st, 2017, and then the story really began. They would date throughout the rest of high school, continuing to do band together, do sports together, and battle for the top rank in the class. Through it all, they would continue dating as they went off to separate colleges in the fall of 2019. They would then start the long, 5 year journey of long distance that would ensue. Hannah continued her love of band and would participate in marching band, pep bands, and concert bands throughout college. Caleb continued his love of running, participating in cross country and track. And while they both were busy studying to be engineers, they would support each other in their interests and visit each other on as many free weekends as they could. It was tough, but they got through it. As college was ending, they would go on a spring break trip with their friends to the Georgia/South Carolina area. They would enjoy time with friends, but ultimately Caleb would propose to Hannah on a gorgeous sunrise hike in the Appalachian mountains. It would culminate in them graduating in 2024 with ambitions of moving out of the Midwest. With that came a job offer Hannah received from Schneider Electric in South Carolina that she would take and they would move there together. It was some time until Caleb also got a job at Schneider Electric working on the same team with Hannah. Since the move though, they have enjoyed every moment of their new lives together and cannot wait until February 21st gets here.
