As the name suggests, this place is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving incredible comfort food. Worth the trek across the river. Our favorite dishes include the brisket hash, the biscuits and sausage gravy, the chicken with white bbq sauce, and the wood grilled oysters.
NYC/New Jersey purists will scoff, but these bagels are top tier in DC.
Great place for a fun and hearty brunch approximately a mile away from Hotel Washington.
Hands down the best deli in the city, serving sandwiches piled high with pastrami and other homemade specialties. This is the perfect spot to grab lunch if you plan on exploring Georgetown. Stachowski's is approximately 2 miles from Hotel Washington.
A fantastic Italian restaurant and one of Maddi's favorite restaurants in all of Washington. Her friends hosted a special farewell dinner for her here before she moved to Malaysia. Centrolina is approximately a 15 minute walk from Hotel Washington.
Some of the best Mediterranean food in the city, with a super cute patio and cozy fireplaces, perfect any time of the year.
We had an unforgettable date night here enjoying the fantastic Middle East-inspired cocktails.
Tiger Fork is one of our favorite Asian restaurants in D.C. and is located in Blagden Alley, near other great places like the Dabney and Calico. Approximately a mile from Hotel Washington.
Obligatory D.C. restaurant recommendation.
This museum is one of Drew's favorites. It's sister museum, the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, is much further away, but worth the trek for the SR-71 Blackbird and the Space Shuttle Discovery. *This will re-open on November 14th*
For all die-hard James Bond fans, this museum is well worth the price of admission.

We had one of our last dates here before Drew moved to Malaysia. We thought the greenhouses would be a good way to acclimate to the heat and humidity of Kuala Lumpur. *As of November 13th, this has reopened*
